About the Role
This is a hands-on, frontline role designed for highly motivated individuals looking to build a career in sales and business development. The role involves direct interaction with B2B and B2C stakeholders, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions for GoCrackIt’s offerings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Interact directly with potential students, and institutional stakeholders (B2C & B2B) to introduce, explain, and promote GoCrackIt’s offerings, driving awareness and conversions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert leads through outbound and inbound efforts, ensuring a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and outreach efforts; track performance against targets and share regular updates with the team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing users to drive trust, retention, and repeat engagement.
- Tender Filling Assistance: Support in identifying relevant opportunities and assist in preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- SOP Creation & Process Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for sales and business development processes to ensure standardization and scalability.
Eligibility & Skills
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 0–1 year (freshers with strong intent in sales are encouraged)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with confidence in pitching and interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Sales Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outreach and conversions
- Ownership & Execution: Ability to take initiative, manage multiple leads, and drive outcomes independently
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to Travel
