Role Description

This is a full-time field Sales Executive role based in Tamil Nadu. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, and generating leads to meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, creating sales presentations, collaborating with the internal team to address customer concerns, and maintaining a database of leads and reports to track progress. Regular client visits and participation in sales-related events are integral parts of this role.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy and Business Development skills, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Experience in Market Research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Technical knowledge of industrial pumps or machinery will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to deliver results under minimal supervision
