Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting Packmybags' travel services. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting sales meetings, negotiating contracts, and providing seamless customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in generating leads, building relationships, and meeting sales targets
  • Basic understanding of the travel industry and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
