This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune City for a Senior Finance and Account Manager (DCM) with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing and overseeing daily financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. The role includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing balance sheets, managing accounts receivable/payable, and developing strategies to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leading the optimization of financial processes are key responsibilities in this position.

• Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and preparing financial statements
• Experience in compliance management, regulatory knowledge, and adherence to financial and accounting standards
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for developing strategies to optimize costs and revenue
• Strong foundation in accounts payable/receivable management and internal control processes
• Proficiency in relevant financial software tools and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience in community or property management is an advantage
• CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred
