Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with potential customers, generating leads, providing customer support, and closing sales deals. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with clients effectively.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• 1+ years’ B2B sales experience, B2C, and channel Sales.
• Experience in IT software or ERP software, Tally Software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales
• Ability to handle objections and close sales deals
• Knowledge of accounting and inventory solutions is a plus
• Experience in the technology industry is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
