About the Role
Cloudnausor Technologies is looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base across IT services, staffing solutions, and HR technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Sell IT services, staffing solutions, and HRMS/HR Tech products to corporate clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with recruitment and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Sales, IT Sales, Staffing Sales, or HRMS Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
