Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kerala. The Sales Executive will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, devising sales strategies, and achieving sales goals. The role involves actively reaching out to prospective clients, preparing reports, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team to meet company targets. Traveling within the region may be required to expand the customer base and maintain strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales, account management, and business development expertise
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Prior experience in the food production or FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
