Sales Executive (Commission-Only | Outbound IT & SaaS Sales | Remote)

We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business and close clients for our software development and AI services.

This is a 100% commission-only role. There is NO base salary.

If you're confident in your ability to find prospects, build relationships, and close deals, this role offers excellent earning potential.

You'll be selling professional IT and AI services, including:

• AI Automation Solutions
• Custom Software Development
• SaaS Development
• AI Voice Agents
• CRM Implementation & Automation
• Web & Mobile App Development
• LLM & AI Integrations
• Dedicated Development Teams

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
• Understand client requirements
• Present our services and solutions
• Handle objections and negotiate confidently
• Close new business
• Maintain client relationships after the sale
• Keep CRM and pipeline updated
• Coordinate with our delivery team for smooth project handoff

• Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience
• Experience selling IT services, software development, SaaS, AI solutions, or digital services
• Proven experience closing deals yourself
• Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience working with international clients is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
