Job Title: Business Development Manager


About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in IT services and software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT and AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on business development metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/growth targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and saled pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • MBA in Business, Marketing and Finance.
  • Existing network of industry contacts/clients
  • Experience with international business development or B2B sales
  • Familiarity with lead generation and digital outreach tools
