Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B SaaS (MSME Sales)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive who enjoys interacting with people, understands the fundamentals of business, and is eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

This role is ideal for someone confident in communicating with business owners, who enjoys solving customer problems, and is motivated to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with MSME business owners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual demos.
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
  • Present product features and explain how the solution can improve business operations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist prospects during the evaluation process.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or tracking tools.
  • Continuously improve sales pitch and communication based on feedback and customer responses.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
