Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with MSME business owners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual demos.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Present product features and explain how the solution can improve business operations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist prospects during the evaluation process.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or tracking tools.
- Continuously improve sales pitch and communication based on feedback and customer responses.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
