Role Description

  1. Identify and acquire new customers for our chemical products.
  2. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
  3. Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements, strengthen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  8. Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  9. Ensure timely payment collection and follow up with customers for outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
  3. 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemicals, dyes, pigments, or specialty chemicals.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willingness to travel extensively to meet customers and develop new business opportunities.
  6. Ability to understand technical products and provide customer-focused solutions.
