Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, generating leads, and presenting the company's concrete solutions to prospective customers. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the development of strategies to drive revenue and growth. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and ensure excellent service delivery.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of Ready-Mix Concrete or related products
• Proficiency in lead generation, market analysis, and client outreach
• Ability to manage time effectively and achieve sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Willingness to work on-site and travel locally as required
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the construction or building materials industry, is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
