Job Title: Sales Executive 6 AgriTech (IoT, Irrigation, Fertigation)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Field-based).it requires extensive travel within the assigned territory for farmer outreach, demonstrations, and partner engagement.

Profile Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with 1 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs, irrigation, farm equipment, or AgriTech solutions. The role focuses on driving farmer adoption through demonstrations and trials, building strong distributor and retailer networks, and consistently achieving sales targets. The position is field-based in Pune and requires fluency in the local language and Hindi/English, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
Shift time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Workdays: 6 days per week (Fixed Sunday off)

The position is field-based in Pune and requires fluency in the local language and Hindi/English, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales for the assigned territory and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate demand through farmer meetings, field demonstrations, partner events, and digital outreach (including WhatsApp).
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners (distributors and retailers) and implement trade schemes and promotions.
- Qualify leads, conduct on-farm trials and demos, close B2B and B2C sales, and maintain an updated CRM pipeline.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and after-sales support with agronomy and customer success teams, and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and provide market intelligence to support business planning.
- Experience: 1 63 years in field sales within agri-inputs, irrigation, farm equipment, or agri-IoT solutions.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities; able to explain technical products clearly to farmers.
- Attributes: Relationship builder with confidence in conducting on-farm demonstrations.
- Language: Fluency in the local language plus Hindi and/or English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory; role is field-based.
- Tech: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Degree in B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech Agriculture, MBA (Agri-Business), or related field.
- Experience in channel sales and exposure to horticulture crops.
