Role Overview
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue through proactive inbound and outbound sales engagements. This role demands strong customer understanding, consultative selling skills, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products that genuinely meet customer needs. The associate will act as a critical link between customer experience and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Understand customer requirements by asking the right questions and actively listening.
- Recommend the most suitable product or solution based on customer needs and usage context.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and add-ons to maximize order value.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with customer support, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Address basic customer objections and concerns to close sales effectively.
- Adhere to defined sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.
