Sales Executive

🚨 We’re Hiring Freshers: Sales Executive & Relationship Manager - Tamil Fluency (EdTech – Remote) 🚨

We are hiring Sales Executives and Relationship Managers for our client, Anbaalaya Sainik Academy. Your main job is to talk to parents who have shown interest in our coaching program and help them understand how we can prepare their child to join Sainik Schools.

You must speak clearly, explain the benefits confidently, and guide them to enrol. Just as important, you will also build strong relationships with the parents so they feel supported and informed throughout the journey.

This role begins with a 3-month probation period. If you perform well during this period, you’ll be hired full-time.

✅ Requirements:

• Good speaking skills in English and Tamil
• Confident and clear communication
• Comfortable using mobile phone, WhatsApp, and basic Excel
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets

🌟 Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with Sainik Schools, RMS, or Indian Military Schools
• Has attended any formal sales training program
