Role Description


This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility.


The role focuses on driving business growth for a design-and-build firm specializing in residential, commercial, and sales gallery interior projects. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships across developers, corporates, and individual clients.


Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with design and execution teams to develop tailored proposals, presenting end-to-end interior solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth project handover from acquisition to execution.


The role also involves market research, tracking industry trends, and aligning business strategies with the company’s design capabilities and execution strengths to achieve sustainable growth


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Market Research, Business Proposals, and Contract Negotiations
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the interior design or real estate industry is an advantage
