πΌ Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our expansion in the salon and clinic channel. This role is ideal for someone who understands professional skincare treatments and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion for SkinQ & SkinQRx in Delhi NCR
- Build and manage relationships with premium salons, skin clinics, and salon chains
- Onboard and develop high-potential salon partners for treatments and retail
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BDEs / Sales Executives
- Develop and strengthen the distributor network for effective market coverage
- Plan & execute in-salon promotions, treatment activations, and awareness programs
- Conduct product training sessions & basic skin consultations for partners
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Ensure strong brand visibility and positioning in the market
β Key Requirements
- 3β6 years of experience in professional skincare / derma / aesthetic industry
- Strong understanding of facials, skin treatments, and salon/clinic protocols
- Established network within the Delhi NCR salon ecosystem
- Experience in handling distributors and field sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Highly target-driven and execution-focused
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
β Preferred Profile
- Prior experience with professional skincare brands
- Ability to confidently explain & sell skincare treatments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
