Company Description Sam Enviro is a specialized provider of water and waste water treatment and recycling systems with over 33 years of industry experience. The company focuses on designing, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of advanced solutions such as ETP-ZLD and MBR systems, often delivered on a turnkey basis with strong emphasis on optimizing wastewater from manufacturing processes. Sam Enviro serves a wide range of sectors, including engineering, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food processing, surface treatment, electrical, healthcare, hospitality, residential and commercial buildings, and textiles. Through its environmental statutory compliance tool, SAM ERP, the company helps organizations outsource and streamline their compliance needs with State and Central Pollution Control Boards, ensuring improved environmental performance over time.
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Engineer for Waste Water Treatment Projects will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for water and waste water treatment systems, including ETP-ZLD and MBR projects. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their technical and regulatory requirements, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored technical solutions. The role involves coordinating with design and project teams to ensure accurate system specifications, supporting clients during installation and commissioning phases, and providing technical backup and guidance. The Sales Engineer will also manage customer relationships, follow up on leads, participate in site visits, and contribute to achieving sales targets while promoting SAM Enviro’s solutions and SAM ERP compliance tool.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills for water and waste water treatment projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess effective Technical Support capabilities to assist clients during pre-sales, installation, commissioning, and post-sales phases.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Knowledge of industrial water and waste water treatment processes, ETP-ZLD systems, MBR technology, and environmental statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, travel for client meetings and site visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is preferred.
