Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role is based in Ballabgarh and involves both technical and commercial responsibilities. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct site visits, and understand client requirements for EOT cranes and related industrial equipment. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical and commercial proposals, reviewing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and accurate costing. The role also includes conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating terms, and following up on quotations to convert leads into orders. The Sales Engineer will maintain regular communication with existing customers, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably with exposure to EOT cranes, material handling systems, or industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer relationship management, including requirement gathering, solution presentation, and handling technical and commercial queries.
- Candidates should possess abilities in proposal and documentation work, such as drafting quotations, preparing technical offers, and reviewing engineering drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable use of email and online tools for reporting and correspondence.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is preferred, along with prior experience in industrial sales or project-based selling.
- Ability to work on-site, travel for client visits as needed, and manage multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safety standards and industrial best practices, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory professional conduct.
