Company Description Crossland Mach Private Limited is an authorized distributor and service partner of Kaeser Compressors (KCIPL) in Jaipur, serving industrial clients across Rajasthan and beyond. The company specializes in rotary screw compressors, portable air solutions, air treatment systems, and comprehensive maintenance services. Crossland Mach provides reliable 24x7 support for Kaeser air compressors, Shell lubricant solutions, Elmeasures, Pneumatic devices, Pipeline and Stanley Black & Decker tools. Team members work closely with industrial customers, helping them maintain efficient, safe, and cost-effective compressed air and tooling operations.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Engineer role based in Jaipur and Jodhpur. The Sales Engineer will identify and engage industrial customers, understand their compressed air and other requirements, and propose suitable Kaeser compressors, air treatment systems, and related solutions. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting customers during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. The Sales Engineer will coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely support, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Regular site visits, reporting on sales activities, and contributing to sales planning and forecasts are key day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain industrial equipment and compressed air systems.
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, including experience in lead generation, negotiation, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (diploma or degree) is preferred, especially with experience in compressors or industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and travel to customer sites across Jaipur/Jodhpur and Rajasthan as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in industrial environments.
