Role Description The Sales Engineer Machine Vision role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying customer requirements, demonstrating machine vision solutions, and preparing technical and commercial proposals to support sales activities. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with customers to understand their applications, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and coordinate with internal engineering teams for custom solutions. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, responding to inquiries, visiting customer sites, maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline, and supporting installation or commissioning when required. The position also includes building long-term customer relationships, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies for machine vision products and solutions.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Sales Engineering skills to bridge technical machine vision solutions with customer requirements and support application design.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales pipeline, negotiate proposals, and maintain strong, service-oriented client relationships.
- Technical Support and Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, provide troubleshooting assistance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Engineering (e.g., Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Experience with machine vision systems, industrial automation, or related technologies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
