Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer position based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will assist in driving sales, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role will also require maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering solutions tailored to their needs, and supporting the execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Sales Engineering and the ability to understand technical solutions
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solving customer queries
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and experience in client engagement
• Customer Service perspective, with a commitment to addressing customer needs and achieving satisfaction
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical or a related field
