Position: Sales / Application Engineer – Deublin Rotary Joints

SBU: D&T (Drive & Transmission)

Location: Chennai – Maco Office

Region: Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Experience: 2–5 Years

Travel Requirement: 15–20 days per month

Joining: Immediate

Salary: As per industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience in industrial product sales or application engineering.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales / Application Engineer to promote and develop the market for Deublin Rotary Joints across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The role involves technical sales, application development, and customer engagement with leading manufacturing industries.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with major OEMs and industrial customers while developing expertise in fluid rotary union technology and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Drive sales growth of Deublin Rotary Joints in the assigned territory.
• Identify new opportunities and develop new customers and applications.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with maintenance heads, production teams, procurement managers, and plant engineers.
• Conduct technical discussions and product presentations to customers.

Application Development

• Identify and develop applications for rotary joints in industrial machinery.
• Provide technical recommendations and product selection support to customers.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide market insights and feedback to the management team.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain sales pipeline and customer visit reports.
• Coordinate internally for quotation, order processing, and technical support.

Target Industries

Candidates with experience or exposure to the following industries will be preferred:

Key Skills

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems

• Ability to identify industrial applications and convert them into business opportunities
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month within Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
• Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
