Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Understand prospect needs and align them with relevant solutions
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Build initial relationships with prospects through consistent engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively
- Self-driven and proactive approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
