Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting overall revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Understand prospect needs and align them with relevant solutions
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Build initial relationships with prospects through consistent engagement


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
  • Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively
  • Self-driven and proactive approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
