Role Description:
The Sales Development Representative – US Sales will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth for Inscribe Graphics INC. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients in the US market, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online channels, and building a steady pipeline of qualified leads. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting Inscribe Graphics’ design and digitizing services, scheduling sales meetings or demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Development Representative will partner with the sales and business development team to move opportunities through the sales cycle and help achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience creating and managing a pipeline of prospects.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales and Business Development skills, including opportunity qualification and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication for US-based clients.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM or sales engagement tools, and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience selling services to international clients, especially in creative, design, or outsourcing industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in US time zones, maintain professionalism in client interactions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
