Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Development Representative who is not only experienced in daily administrative tasks but also actively contributes to the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales team. The role is designed to provide solid operational support to sales activities, helping ensure seamless processes and team success.


Responsibilities:


Sales Support & Administration

  • Manage and update the Partner Portal and CRM systems
  • Oversee full-cycle administrative tasks related to partner and client data
  • Collect and compile reports on sales promotions and training participation
  • Prepare offers, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Merge and maintain partner databases and ensure data accuracy


Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with Partner
  • Monitor client needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Offer demo packages and support promotional campaigns


Sales Activity Support

  • Assist the sales team with lead tracking and documentation
  • Promote Main Products to partners
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support the execution and follow-up of promotional activities
  • Regular Visit to Top Retairs


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (functions, reporting)
  • Precise, independent work style with excellent time management
  • Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Interest in the IT and networking industry
  • Permission to work in Hungary


Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience in sales or partner management
  • Category B driving license
  • University degree in economics, commerce, or a related field
