We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding team. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder, gain hands-on startup experience, and contribute to the growth of an ambitious AI-native software company.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating outbound outreach, qualifying business opportunities, and scheduling discovery meetings with decision-makers. You will play a key role in building GrowX Labs' sales pipeline and supporting our business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective B2B clients across target industries.
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
Engage prospects to understand their business requirements.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
Collaborate closely with the Founder on outreach strategies and business development initiatives.
Contribute to pipeline growth and customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident communicating with business decision-makers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Interest in B2B sales, startups, SaaS, and AI technologies.
Students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
