Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Counselor. The Sales Counselor will focus on assisting potential and current members by providing exceptional customer service, facilitating gym memberships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include interacting with prospective clients to understand their fitness goals, conducting tours of the gym, and explaining membership benefits. The role also requires maintaining organized records, ensuring member satisfaction, and actively contributing to the growth of the gym's member base.

• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective and current gym members.
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Organization Skills to manage member information and daily tasks efficiently.
• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about health and fitness with a positive and friendly attitude.
• A background in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is a plus.
