Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Ticketing: Handle the booking and issuance of tickets for flights, trains, and other modes of transportation.
  • Visa Processing: Assist clients with visa applications and processing, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted and procedures followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any travel-related issues promptly.
  • Booking Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with travel service providers, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, itineraries, visa applications, and related documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any travel-related problems that may arise, providing 24/7 support to clients as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client preferences.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on travel activities, costs, and client feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in travel operations or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in travel management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems.
  • Experience in visa processing and ticketing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Willingness to provide 24/7 support and work on weekends (Monday to Saturday).
