Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for daily coordination with the sales team, performance monitoring, reporting, and handling potential customer leads.

• Coordinate daily with the real estate sales team to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor individual sales team performance on a daily basis
• Collect and maintain daily reports from each sales executive
• Prepare and submit consolidated performance reports to the reporting manager
• Follow up with hot leads via calls and explain project details clearly
• Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up records
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring proper communication and support
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information about projects
• Maintain MIS reports and sales data records

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or real estate industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
