Job Description

Welcome to the HARKE TEAM

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing export/import related documentation, coordinating with banks and auditors, supporting the marketing team, and handling day-to-day back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue Sales Contracts (SC) and Proforma Invoices (PFI).
Generate and maintain all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer documentation.
Coordinate with banks for export/import-related documentation, payments, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documents during audits.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely shipments.
Monitor documentation timelines and ensure compliance with export regulations.
Handle correspondence with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and operations teams.
Perform other back-office and coordination tasks as assigned.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, export/import documentation, or back-office operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems (preferred)
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Professional attitude and commitment to accuracy
