Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position at our Moradabad location. The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team by managing customer orders, organizing sales operations, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, tracking orders, preparing sales reports, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. The role involves supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals and maintain smooth sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their objectives and assist in various sales activities.
  • Share ideas and insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.

2. Administrative Tasks:

  • Learn and perform administrative tasks such as document preparation, file management, and record keeping.
  • Help create a streamlined workflow within the sales team.

3. Order Processing:

  • Handle sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with logistics and other teams to understand the complete order fulfilment process.

4. Communication Coordination:

  • Assist in facilitating both internal and external communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and updates.

5. Data Management:

  • Support customer database management, extracting relevant data to assist in sales strategies.
  • Help generate reports that aid in informed decision-making.

6. Follow-up Activities:

  • Assist in customer follow-up efforts, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
  • Provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their roles and contribution to the sales process.
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication within the department.

8. Proactive Learning:

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take initiative in developing new skills.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological tools.

9. Project Involvement:

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of sales operations.
  • Support broader team goals beyond routine tasks.


Skills and Competencies:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination, or Sales Operations with ability to manage different stages of the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to handle client queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate sales documentation and familiar with sales tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to track performance, manage targets, and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong networking skills.
  •  Experience in Buying House – Hard Goods industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
