Sales Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will oversee day-to-day sales operations, build and maintain strong customer relationships, liaise between the sales team and customers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing. They will also handle administrative tasks, prepare sales reports, and support the team in achieving sales targets.

• Proven skills in Sales Coordination, including managing schedules and processing orders
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to support team objectives and performance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the printing, packaging, or labeling industry is an added advantage
