The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential leads, and providing accurate information about CEC courses and services. The role includes converting inquiries into admissions, maintaining lead records, and ensuring a smooth communication experience with prospective students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities to students
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain and update lead data in the system
• Coordinate with the sales and counseling team
• Ensure a positive and professional communication experience

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English required)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
• Customer handling or telecalling experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
