Hiring: Sales / Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to handle Social Media leads, coordinate with clients, and convert inquiries into successful projects.

📌 Only candidates from Kerala are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on inbound leads
• Understand client requirements
• Explain company services, packages, and workflow clearly
• Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up records
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales / Business Development
• (Architecture / Interior / Construction / Real Estate preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling inbound leads and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / WhatsApp follow-ups
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
