Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, client outreach, sales negotiations, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets. Additionally, the role involves strategizing to expand the company’s client base and identifying emerging market trends to ensure continued success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business strategies with a focus on growth and profitability
- Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Account Management to successfully manage and nurture client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing market trends
- Sales or marketing experience in the aluminum fenestration, construction, or related industries is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development or sales targets
