Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the dealer network in the assigned area.
- Visit the field regularly to identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
- Promote and present the company profile and product range, including WPC doors and door frames, to dealers, architects, and contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors’ activities.
- Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team for order processing and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular field visit and sales reports.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building materials (WPC/doors/interior products) is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
