Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience : 1+

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the dealer network in the assigned area.
  • Visit the field regularly to identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
  • Promote and present the company profile and product range, including WPC doors and door frames, to dealers, architects, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors’ activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team for order processing and follow-ups.
  • Prepare regular field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of building materials (WPC/doors/interior products) is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
