Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales / Business Development Executive role based in Kakori. The Sales / Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting company services, and preparing customized proposals to meet client needs. The executive will manage and grow key accounts, ensure regular follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. Daily responsibilities include market research, networking, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and achieving defined sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Understanding of Business fundamentals, including sales cycles, negotiation, and customer value propositions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client presentations.
- Account Management capabilities, with experience nurturing long-term client relationships and driving repeat business.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role, preferably in marketing or services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in Kakori, with readiness for local travel as needed for client visits and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
