About the Role

The Inside Sales / Telesales Executive owns outbound and inbound sales conversations that convert prospects into qualified leads, meetings, and revenue opportunities. The role depends on structured calling, strong persuasion, and disciplined follow-up across the funnel. The executive will manage customer interactions end to end, track progress in the CRM, and work closely with sales leadership to improve conversion quality and pipeline health. Success in this role comes from consistent activity, sharp objection handling, and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple opportunities while protecting customer trust and response time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own outbound calling and follow-up activity to create qualified sales conversations, convert interest into opportunities, and move prospects through the funnel with speed and consistency.
  • Handle inbound leads, understand customer needs quickly, and route or close opportunities based on fit, urgency, and buying intent.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates so pipeline visibility, forecasting, and next-step discipline support better sales execution and management decisions.
  • Build trust through clear communication, strong product understanding, and professional objection handling that reduces drop-off during the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, improve response quality, and keep opportunities moving without delays.
  • Meet daily and weekly activity, conversion, and revenue targets while staying accountable for follow-up quality and conversion rates.
  • Share customer insights and recurring objections with leadership so messaging, scripts, and sales approach improve over time.


Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills to lead persuasive sales conversations, uncover needs, and close next steps with confidence.
  • Proven comfort with outbound calling, telesales, lead qualification, and follow-up discipline across a fast-moving sales pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline tracking to keep records accurate, activity visible, and opportunities managed professionally.
  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and maintain a positive customer experience while driving toward outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting, conversion tracking, and target ownership to support performance management and execution.
  • Self-driven work style with the resilience to handle rejection, maintain call quality, and stay consistent across daily activity goals.


Additional Plus

  • Experience selling B2B or B2C products in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Familiarity with inside sales metrics, lead scoring, or sales qualification frameworks.
  • Exposure to CRM tools, dialer platforms, or structured sales scripts.
