Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective learners, and clearly explaining training programs, course structures, fees, and career outcomes. The person in this role will qualify leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, follow up with inquiries, and convert prospects into enrolled learners. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM records, coordinating with the counseling and training teams, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also provide consistent customer service, address queries, and support learners throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets and converting leads.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying inquiries, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with education or training services, and experience using CRM or sales tracking tools, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in inside sales or counseling in EdTech or training institutes is an advantage.
