🔹 Position Overview
The Executive – Business Development will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships in the water filtration, process solutions, and industrial consumables segment. The role focuses on expanding market presence across domestic and international markets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, chemicals, and water treatment.
- Promote and sell filter aids, activated carbon, and filtration systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Generate leads through market research, cold outreach, and industry networking.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Monthly / quarterly sales targets achieved
- Number of new clients acquired
- Revenue growth in assigned territory
- Conversion rate of leads to orders
- Client retention and repeat business
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of industrial filtration / water treatment solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle B2B clients and long sales cycles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and proposal preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Business
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial sales / business development
- (Freshers with strong sales mindset can also be considered)
- Experience in filter aids, activated carbon, or water treatment industry
- Exposure to export markets or distributor network development
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth industrial sector
- Exposure to large-scale projects (₹1Cr–₹5Cr deals)
