- Experience:* 3 – 5 Years
- Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Employment Type:* Full-time | Office Based
We are hiring a *result-oriented Business Development Executive* to acquire new clients for SEO, Local SEO, and Website projects. You will identify prospects, pitch services, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets for the company.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Lead Generation*: Identify and qualify leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, and B2B portals for SEO & digital marketing services
- *Client Pitching*: Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, conduct online meetings/demos, and explain SEO strategy, timelines, and ROI
- *Deal Closure*: Negotiate pricing, handle objections, close contracts, and achieve monthly sales targets of ₹3L – ₹5L
- *CRM & Follow-up*: Maintain lead database in CRM/Excel, do timely follow-ups, and convert warm leads to paying clients
- *Market Research*: Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends to position our SEO services effectively
- *Coordination*: Work with SEO & content teams for audits, proposals, and onboarding. Ensure smooth client handover post-sales
- *Reporting*: Submit daily activity reports, pipeline status, and weekly sales forecasts to management
- *Upselling*: Identify upsell opportunities – GMB optimization, content marketing, PPC – for existing clients
- *Experience*: 3-5 years in BDE/BDM role. *Must have sold SEO/Website services to US/UK/AU clients*
- *Domain Knowledge*: Strong understanding of SEO, Keywords, On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Google algorithms
- *Tools*: Hands-on with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Ahrefs/SEMrush for basic audit
- *Communication*: Excellent spoken & written English. Ability to handle international client calls independently
- *Skills*: Cold calling, email drafting, proposal writing, negotiation, and target-driven approach
- *Education*: Any Graduate. Digital Marketing certification is a plus
- *Other*: Should be comfortable with night shift/overlapping US time zones for client calls. Located near Ashok Nagar preferred
