Sales & Brand Manager – North America


Location: North America, Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Global Sales Manager / Marketing Manager


MET is a performance helmet brand, combining safety, innovation, and world leading design. Trusted by professional athletes and passionate riders worldwide, MET continues to expand its global presence.


We are seeking a Sales & Brand Manager to accelerate our growth across the U.S. and Canada. You will be the primary link between our Italian HQ and the North American market, driving business growth, brand awareness and ensuring premium brand execution across the territory. You will work closely with our distributor while building direct relationships with retailers and the cycling community.


This is a hands-on role requiring strong field presence, frequent domestic travel and regular international travel to Italy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement and execute sales strategies aligned with global goals to increase market share across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work closely with our distributor to optimize sales performance, align on targets and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Support the distributor’s sales team with expert brand and product training, regular field visits, and joint customer meetings.
  • Implement MET’s global brand strategy locally, ensuring premium representation across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, consumer events, product launches and other promotional activations.
  • Track brand and commercial performance and provide regular reports to Head Office.
  • Monitor and share market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to support global strategies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, brand management, or business development within cycling, outdoor or sporting goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the North American cycling market, retail landscape, and consumer behavior.
  • Solid sales acumen combined with brand and marketing sensitivity.
  • Experience working with European (ideally Italian) brands is a significant plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (domestic and international, including Italy).
  • Passion for cycling and performance products.
