Role Summary
The Admission Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to increase student admissions. The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion, working closely with admissions, digital marketing, and outreach teams.

The Admission Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to increase student admissions. The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion, working closely with admissions, digital marketing, and outreach teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement admission marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets
- Generate, track, and convert student leads through online and offline channels
- Coordinate with admission counselors to improve lead conversion rates
- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, campaigns, ads, website leads)
- Organize and oversee school visits, seminars, fairs, roadshows, and events
- Develop promotional materials (brochures, creatives, presentations)
- Monitor and analyze admission data, campaign performance, and ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, agencies, and partners
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission & marketing reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Experience in education marketing/admissions is an added advantage
- 3–6 years of experience in admission marketing, education sales, or marketing management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead management systems
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Team coordination and leadership abilities
