Job Title: Store Manager – Modular Furniture

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our modular furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store activities, handling customers, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth sales and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom
Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them on modular furniture solutions
Ensure proper display, presentation, and maintenance of furniture products
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets
Manage inventory, stock records, and coordinate with suppliers when required
Supervise and guide store staff to maintain service quality
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination
Maintain billing records, reports, and basic store documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role (preferably in furniture/modular industry)
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of sales, billing, and inventory management
Ability to manage staff and work independently
Problem-solving and organizational skills
