Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end travel solutions: research, plan and book domestic and international itineraries using GDS platforms and supplier portals.
- Manage ticketing operations including PNR creation, fare calculation, e-ticket issuance, refunds, exchanges and fare re-pricing.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, insurance and entry restrictions; coordinate visa paperwork with vendors.
- Create tailored proposals and itineraries, upsell ancillaries (hotels, transfers, tours, insurance) to maximise client value and revenue.
- Resolve booking exceptions and service disruptions by liaising with airlines, hotels, ground handlers and third-party suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, billing reconciliations, and meet SLA/KPI targets for response time, sales conversion, and quality assurance.
Must-Have
- Proven experience in travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel operations (ticketing and reservations).
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems and ticketing workflows.
- Strong knowledge of fare construction, PNR workflows and e-ticket processes.
- Practical understanding of visa documentation and passenger entry requirements for major destinations.
- Customer-facing service orientation with experience managing post-sale changes and disruption handling.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages an advantage.
- IATA or equivalent ticketing certification.
- Experience with corporate travel accounts and travel policy compliance.
- Familiarity with Travel CRM or agency management systems.
