Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their relocation requirements, and present appropriate service options and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves coordinating with operations and international partner networks to ensure smooth service delivery, as well as supporting customer communication before and during the move. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to local market development, and uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Sales aptitude, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and basic understanding of pricing and margins.
• Customer service orientation, with attention to detail in documenting requirements and managing expectations.
• Comfort working with digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Prior experience in sales, logistics, relocation services, or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in business, commerce, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
