Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in PPE or construction-related product sales. The role involves extensive field visits, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the Delhi NCR construction market.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell PPE products such as safety helmets, gloves, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety harnesses, goggles, and other industrial safety equipment.
Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of proven sales experience in PPE, industrial safety products, or construction materials.
Strong network within contractors, builders, and project managers.
Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
