Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven MBA freshers from college students to join our team as Trainee Sales and Marketing professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand our suite of IT solutions and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
• Assist the senior sales and marketing team in prospecting, lead generation, and market research activities.
• Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
• Engage in client interactions, presentations, and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using our CRM software.

Requirements:

• Recent MBA graduates specializing in Sales and Marketing.
• Strong passion for sales, marketing, and the IT industry.
