Marketing and Sales Head

Profile Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to head our Marketing and Sales functions for our enterprise management software solutions. With experience in enterprise software, with a proven ability to drive growth, build brand authority, and lead high-performing teams across both domains.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the enterprise platform that aligns with business goals and drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Design and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content, email, social) to build a strong lead pipeline. Manage lead nurturing processes to maximize conversion rates.

Develop and communicate a compelling brand narrative, ensuring the product is positioned effectively within the competitive landscape. Own the creation of content and campaigns that differentiate the product in the market.

Conduct market research to identify key customer segments, understand their needs, and create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with these audiences.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales goals, and product offerings.

Drive thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, blogs, case studies, and white papers.

Develop event strategies that align with product marketing goals; Plan, organize, and execute major industry events, conferences, and webinars

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI. Manage Analyst Relationships with Gartner/Forrester, Everest, IDC etc

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
